We’re a  community where young and old come together to enjoy life in the Lowcountry.  We have golf on the beautiful TGC course where a golf membership is not required of property owners like other communities but they do offer great golf membership packages at very reasonable rates.  We have adult and kid friendly social activities in our community Clubhouse, a beautiful pool and tennis courts.  Nature abounds in Pleasant Point.  Our ponds are home to many of species of birds including Roseate Spoonbills, Herons, Egrets and Wood Storks.  Yes, and there can be a gator lying around in the sun on occasion.  Majestic Live Oaks can be seen around every corner.
